Revenge is revenge no matter what you do with it.
This episode of "Hannibal" shows the five aspects of the characters that have been damaged by Hannibal.
With each character, we get a flashback from their event with Lecter. Like from Will it was during the season finale. As soon as he got well, he had a visitor, Fredrick, who wanted to talk and ask questions of Lecter.
Fredrick goes over with each of the others and talks to them as if they have a plan to get rid of Hannibal. He goes from Will to Jack, to Dr, Bloom and Mason, for which they started talking in the beginning of the episode.
Dr. Bloom, we come to the events right after she fell. She broke her lower spin, leaving her to walk with a leg braces and a cane. When Fredrick talked to her, she was as clam as a drugged up patient. Soon, she talks to Mason, for which he ask her about faith. She gives that she was raised but doesn't seem to carrying on.
Mason on the other hand, was a much more excitement storyline to learn. After both him and Fredrick have a face to face chat, he talks to Fred and Bloom about Lecter. He really wants Lecter killed slowly.
It's funny the way Mason talks and even mention Cordell. It just gives me a chuckle ever time he speaks.
As for Jack, we see him staying alive after the season finale and waking up with his wife holding his hand. He later decides to retire from the FBI to spend time with his dying wife. Soon, has he read, Bella breaths heavily and Jack did the one thing he had to do....make the pain go away.
It's one of the sweetest scenes as he reflects and sees Bella picking up her wedding dress and walking down the aisle, but it was just a day dream. Jack sees a letter with a flower pot. It's from Lecter and wishes his condolence.
That leaves Will, who doesn't seem to be any like them at all. Yeah, we saw Abigail sitting with him in the room where she was killed.
Soon, Will starts to put together something which turns out to be a motor for a sailboat and soon takes off looking for Hannibal.
This episode deals with the events of what happen after Fredrick was shot, Mason cutting himself, Bloom's fall, Jack's stabbing and Will's near death. Each of which wants to find Hannibal.
In this case, I think its best to say that for revenge, it's a best dish serve cold. And for await for Hannibal, it will surely be an event not to miss.
I couldn't get enough of the blood and gore in this episode. Mason and Fredrick's flashback story was the tops that I couldn't get enough of.
Overall, I give this episode a 9/10.
