Michael: Happy Halloween!

A Treat Unlike Any Other: Friday Night Comedy

Undateable "Halloween Walks Into a Bar"

This Halloween episode of Undateable had all the tricks and treats to fill that sweet tooth of comedy. When Danny makes a case that Justin is too romantic with Candice, it gets him upset even though he's in love with her.

Talk about the hug toll and rubbing her shoulders in bed whisper "I'm still here." Justin gets advice from Danny and the gang, and gets him to dress up as a superhero to face Candice of her little chat. As Justin faces Candice, she expresses her feelings about how annoying he is with certain things but not a moment later that she expressed that she's in love with him.

This episode was a very good and yummy treat. I loved each cast members costumes from Danny as a horny horse, Brett as Captain Smith from Titanic, Adam as the Jewish Wolverine with some heath issues and Shelly as Winnie the Pooh. The funniest scene was when Justin answered the trick or treaters and it turned out to be the gang and Shelly spots apples and toothbrushes and that he's going to burn the his place to the ground and dumps the bowl.

And a surprise guest appears which I believe Whitney Cummings came on as Danny's love interest, dressing up in the same outfit as him.

Overall, I give this episode a 8/10.

You can catch Undateable Friday nights at 8/7c on NBC.

Truth Be Told "Big Black Coffee"

When a babysitting job turns horribly wrong, is it best for the babysitter, who's male, to tell them what had happen?

When Mitch decides to babysit not only his kid but the neighbor's kid too, the situation goes from wild to uncanny when he takes them to Russel's house. There the neighbor's kid comes into a bathroom where Russel so happens to be taken a shower seeing everything.

That got everyone upset in what to do with this situation. They choice not to tell so it lead to the neighbor's own babysitter to be fired.

Meanwhile with that situation going, Tracy is trying to put on a great birthday party for her little girl that the moms can enjoy. She had a plan but the plan backfired and almost turned out too be bad until Russel comes out dressing up as the mascot from the frozen yogurt that he was auditioning for until his pants ripped and showed his little carrot around the kids.

This episode was hilarious. Probably better than last week's episode. I can't get enough of Paul and Vanessa, they are amazing together. They used the phrase BBC which means a totally different term than just British Broadcasting Company not to mention that I'm still trying to figure out what CSPAN would mean.

Overall, I give this episode a 8/10.

You can catch Truth Be Told Friday nights at 8:30/7:30c on NBC.

Blazing in Shock: The Blacklist "Aroich Cain"

Tonight's episode was full or suspense and surprises. This was literately one of the best episodes of the season.

The episode opens up to Red and Mr. Kaplan cleaning up things in an airport warehouse. Soon, word is out in the news that Liz is dead and a photo is shown. After that, we jump 12 hours before where Red and Liz are making a run. Liz waits for ride while Red informs Ressler about a bounty on Liz.

But just as Liz gets to the car, shots are fired and things go from "WTF?!" to "OMG!" as Liz tries to escape the shooter. The way that she does was break in a car, lay vertical, hot wire the car , break the rear-view mirror ad drive in a totally badass way.

Liz meets up with Red and goes to a source that knows that shooter. They get some answers and heads towards the shooter. They get to his room and the guy shoots the door and runs for it. Liz chases him until he makes a deep leap to the next building but hangs, but with a help from Red, he tells him that if he's dead there will be more coming for her. The guy was let go.

The bounty gets more serious than everyone thought, as it's on a website and money goes to the winner. Think of it like kickstarter for killers.

As Liz and Red are on the move, they thought they were going to meet Dembe but it was Vargas. He tells him that Dembe died from Solomon and took him to the airport where Solomon and his gang. He takes both and tries to show Red how he should be fearing him while he's about to cut Liz up.

That's when a surprise comes out a blaze...Dembe!!! Another great scene when seeing him shooting like glory and than comes to Red and hug it out. But he was still wounded from the bullets and was taken to the hospital.

That's where Mr. Kaplan comes in and tries to clean things up and also make sure that the public know that Liz is dead. It did the trick and a code was shown for to access. That's when Red and Liz moved to where the place was located and if you thought that it was the guy, guess again. It was the guy's daughter.

She tells how she lost her mother and blames it on Liz, but she has no clue about it. But she made a promise to find the killer in exchange for Liz to be off the website. And now they're off and out of the city.

Meanwhile, Ressler had to appear in front of a US Committee to testify of what's been going on with the investigation. From where it was going I thought it was going to be smooth but at the end, the ruling came down that the FBI and the CIA will be working together, that includes sharing information with The Director.
Its nice to see Aram get to be the badass for once when he interview the suspect. Him and Samar worked great handling the case while Ressler was away.

And I'll just say this that Red and Mr. Vargas are done doing business with each other.

The show started off intense and it rode so so high as I was on the edge of my seat the entire time. Oh my god, there were so many moments from Liz driving the car to Dembe coming out blazing a shooting to even the daughter wanting to have Liz killed. It was a classic Blacklist episode.

Overall, I give this episode a 10/10.

You can catch The Blacklist Thursday nights at 9/8c on NBC.

The Cook of Murder: The Mysteries of Laura "The Mystery of the Dead Heat"

When a gym owner is found murdered and cooked, Laura and Co. not only have to find the murder but also where they'll hit next.

Laura and Jake come to a murder in the gym hot room. They come around with their first suspect named Archie. Jake and Meredith found him in the victim's car and almost took a swing towards Jake.

When Meredith got to interview him, he tells her that he was homeless without a job. The victim tried to help him with anyway that was possible. Even though he's not a suspect after that, the Captain still thinks he did it.

Laura proved her wrong. Soon her and Jake went back to a couple that they interviewed but by the time they get there, their place was empty. They had like a full on American Ninja Warrior look. Laura went back to the wife while Jake and the team check out the place.

Billy finds the murder weapon, and a piece of paper that had different times. It wasn't until Jake found out those were the times for sunsets and that they plan to hit or bomb a place at 5:59pm. Laura gets the victim's wife to find what building the suspects were going to go after. The first one was the bank, but that turned out to be a distraction but it turned out to be another place where it's going construction, hence the Warrior training.

Laura and Jake take the two suspects, with one of them escaping but gets caught by Billy and Meredith.

Also in this episode, Billy's trying to sneak in his mother to see Meredith. Even though Billy tries to play it cool and acting like his mother wants to see him and such. We finally see that Billy and Meredith are now a couple.

Laura refers Jake to her dad's doctor. In exchange for a date, Jake needs a doctor's note. Which I think they'll be on a date real soon. And Laura and Santiani's relationship seem to be growing into a friend zone. Helping the captain dodge an almost punishment from the Chief for misdirecting the case.

Overall, I enjoyed this episode very much. It felt more like one of those classic mystery series you would want to watch on the weekends. It wasn't has intriguing  as last week's episode but it was still good.

I give this week's episode a 7/10.

You can catch The Mysteries of Laura Wednesday nights at 8/7c on NBC.

The Love and Twist: Chicago PD "Climbing into Bed/You Never Know Who's Who"

It's the event of the fall; Chicago PD pulls a two-hour event that's always, ever worth watching. Ruzek faces trouble from an undercover job that goes wrong and a case that's so strange that it leaves with a twist.

In the first hour, Ruzek is undercover with his CI, meeting a man looking to help with a robbery. Ruzek doesn't have a backup but calls Dawson and tells him the situation. The situation turns left when the guy drives his truck and drives to a dinner.

There, it becomes a blood bath; Ruzek tries to stop him but escapes.

This leads Ruzek to one of the worst moments in his career when the Deputy questions his doings and why he didn't have a backup.

That leads Voight and the team to not only track the guy down but also Ruzek's CI as well. When they got to the CI's girlfriend, they scooped him and had him help get the guy. But it turned out soon that Ruzek's CI was found dead.

They looked up the suspect's bio, found his parole officer, and located where he worked. With a tip that he took a worker's truck, they discovered it at a motel. Halstead, Dawson, and Erin find the suspect in the laundry room beating up the victim's son, who had something to do with the robbery at his parent's diner.

The case closed when the suspect told Ruzek he thought the guys he was working with would cut him off.

At the end of this episode, the fate of Ruzek's career hangs out to be suspended from duty, but they can still help out the Intelligence from the house. That didn't sit well with Ruzek at all.

Burgess tries to help Roman get to his appointment for the boner morrow, but it is canceled. So, with Roman taking some time off, Burgess gets to work with a new partner for a while, and they get a call from a creep watching two kids at the park. It turns out that the guy is dead and in a very protective car.

This brings Voight and the team to take the case and locate the victim's place.

They check the place out, and in one of the most crappy intense scenes, they find a located safe where it leads to a safe room and then goes into another safe where that leads to a giant room full of guns.

With Ruzek off duty, he helps Mouse check the guns and Burgess. The teams search for answers, and as they do, they get word that the body was stolen from Chicago Med.

Voight, Dawson, and Halstead locate where a suspect was found dismantling the body. But was stopped and taken down from Halstead. Then, questioning the suspect, he was told that he works for the CIA and that the victim had given him orders to do so if something happened.

Al took Voight to one of his insights and was told that the victim had not been in any form in the CIA for more than a week. So the victim was playing a fake James Bond and had guys doing a lot of illegal stuff. That's when Lindsay brought in Dr. Charles from Chicago Med to give his input on the suspect and to talk with the victim's man.

With help from the victim's guy, Al pretends to be the guy they're meeting. They go to their meeting spot, and things get fishy when the guy asks Al about the project he and the victim worked on. Al gets shot and broken ribs, but he's okay. But with the guy on the run, Dawson had to do what he had to, and that wasn't him down.

Soon, Voight and the team get word on another guy; this one had them chase him, but Voight, with the plan, has Atwater bring a city truck to take down the guy and his supercar. The guy is arrested and tells Voight that he'll get out and have his badge. Silly dude, he's been played.

Later, Ruzek's suspension was revoked, and he is back to work thanks to Platt. Platt is such a mother to the team as Voight is like a father. Roman took the kid to the station to hang out and got to do some cool things, but sadly, his health took a turn for the worst. Al received the paternity test but threw it away because he didn't need a piece of paper to say if she was his.

And the moment that we've been waiting for Halstead and Lindsay are a couple!!! First, helping her find a couch, then testing the couch, and finally having a drink and leaving early. Linstead is back in business.

I very much enjoyed this series. It's one of the best two hours of television I've watched this season.

I'm happy to see something happen to another character besides Lindsay and Halstead.  I can't wait to see how this affects Ruzek, along with his relationship with Burgess, because something will happen; I just have a feeling.

Overall, I give this Climbing into Bed 8.5/10, and You Never Know Who's Who 9/10.

You can catch Chicago PD on Wednesday nights at 10/9c on NBC.
