CBS Fall TV 2026: Survivor, NCIS & Ghosts Lead a Packed Schedule

 

From a two-night Amazing Race launch to holiday Ghosts specials and a brand-new NCIS: New York, here’s how CBS is stacking your weeknights this fall.

On Monday, CBS finally rolled out its fall schedule, becoming the third broadcast network (after NBC and Fox) to show its hand.

As usual, Survivor gets the jump on everything else. Season 51 kicks off Wednesday, September 23, giving CBS’s scripted slate an early start. The Amazing Race tags in the following week with a two-night rollout — Wednesday, September 30 and Thursday, October 1 — with Episode 2 airing right after the Big Brother finale.

CBS Premiere Week officially gets underway Sunday, October 4, led by Marshals and Tracker. Then, over the next five nights, it’s a wall-to-wall run of returning favorites: FBI, CIA, NCIS, NCIS: Origins, Georgie & Mandy’s First Marriage, Elsbeth, Sheriff Country, Fire Country, and Boston Blue. They’ll be joined by three new series: NCIS: New York (starring LL Cool J and Scott Caan), Enternally Yours (from the Ghosts team), and Cupertino, which reunites Mike Colter with Evil creators Robert and Michelle King.

And yes, Ghosts fans are getting a little extra this year. As teased back in April, the show returns with two-episode Halloween and Christmas specials in October and December. The remaining 18 episodes of Season 6 are being saved for early 2027.
