Can't Miss Thrilling Show of the Summer: Complications "Pilot" and "Infection"

If there's a word to describe this new series, it has to be THRILLING.

The new USA Network series "Complications" is about an ER doctor John Ellison, who is dealing with the lost of his daughter, suddenly becomes a hero and saves a boy during a drive boy shooting.  But the boy,w ho still alive, is mark to be killed. Ellison is asked from the boy's father to save him no matter what.

Ellison will try and push the limit of what any doctor would do in their daily profession. The question is how far will he go to save a patient?

Ellison is a really good center character. There are a lot of flashbacks from his time with his therapist, who he has to talk to after a wild night in the ER.

Another character that's really good is Gretchen, the nurse. She has this bad Carol Hathaway from ER meets Fiona Glenanne from Burn Notice. She's Ellison's really cool side kick. And in this adventure as Jessica Szohr said in a preview that "they're like Batman and Robin."

This series seems to have just enough thrilling to get me on the edge of my seat at times when things get to be at a stand still.

All in all this series is really good and it's on my list to watch this summer and on my DVR list too.

Overall I give the pilot episode a 8/10. Amazed and on the edge of my seat drama that I don't want to miss this summer.

You can catch "Complications" Thursday nights at 9/8c on USA Network.

The Change: Aquarius "A Change is Gonna Come"

In the episode, "A Change is Gonna Come" change has set it's tone with the Black Panther coming and Hodiak dealing with three crimes and his own son.

Hodiak comes face to face with the Black Panthers when an arson murder comes in. The Black Panthers won't help and protest for someone else's murder hasn't been solved or dealt with.

This continues throughout the episode as Hodiak deals with a lot of changes.

In the meantime, Emma's mother has made everything like it hasn't happen before. Given her husband orders of what to do and what to say. I guess we all know who's the boss in this family.

Hell she even slept with Hodiak, like I called it!! But it didn't last for long after Emma was taken from Manson's girls.

After a arguing with Hodiak about protection, Hodiak went back home and have a drink. Then he goes for a ride to Manson and beat the crap out of him until his partner comes and stops him. But his partner was undercover so he had to make it look like he saved Manson's life.

It worked and I think that Manson might be doing something real soon.

Hodiak seems to loose it after everything gone to crap. His son returns and tells him that he can't fight in the war because they have a mission to go in an area that they aren't suppose to and kill children. That he has proof that the government lied and so did the President.

Changes do come in small and big.  Oh what will happen next with Hodiak and another thing what will Manson do next?

You can catch "Aquarius" Thursday nights at 9/8c on NBC.

Hannibal Cancelled After Three Seasons

Cancel that fourth meal as NBC has cancelled Hannibal after three seasons.

In a statement, NBC said, "We have been tremendously proud of "Hannibal" over its three seasons. "(Showrunner Bryan Fuller) and his team of writers and producers, as well as our incredible actors, have brought a visual palette of storytelling that has been second to none in all of television -broadcast or cable. We thank Gaumont and everyone involved in the show for their tireless efforts that have made "Hannibal" an incredible experience for audience around the world."

Fuller also made a statement: "NBC has allowed us to craft a television series that no other broadcast network would have dared, and kept us on the air for three seasons despite Cancellation Bear Chow ratings and images that would have shredded the eyeballs of lesser Standards & Practices enforcers. Jen Sale and her team have been fantastic partners and creatively supportive beyond measure. "Hannibal" is finishing his last course at NBC's table this summer, but a hungry cannibal can always dine again. And personally, I look forward to my next meal with NBC."

Don't worry Hannibal fans, NBC will still air all of the 10 episodes of the series current season. The series has been on the bubble of cancellation ever since it's debut.

"Hannibal" has used the contents of Thomas Harris'  bestselling novels of "Red Dragon," "Hannibal" and "Hannibal Rising." But the one most popular has been a no reach, "The Silence of the Lambs." Ever since the series begin, Fuller has been trying to get the rights to the book but all attempts have failed.

Just like the first two seasons of the show, the current season will end with a finale that can serve as both a season ender or a series closer. Fuller told Entertainment Weekly that for season four, it would be "more radical" and that "There is a pocket in one of the novels of some really rich interesting character material that I'm inverting and twisting around."

You can catch "Hannibal" Thursday nights at 10/9c on NBC

The Past and Story: Hannibal "Secondo"

This week's episode brings a blast from the past as Will seeks the history to Hannibal's past as he search for him.

This episode was once again well done and probably one of my favorites so far this season. As Will hunts for Hannibal, he makes a turn and searches his past. Channeling their past conversations, Will finds where Hannibal once lived in Lithuania.

There he sees a woman hunting, but even after she kills a bird, looks like Will has been spotted but she leaves as Will looks back. Soon, as Will tries to keep warm, he spots fireflies flying around and follows them to a basement like area where he spots an prisoner, who's been locked up for a long time.

She tells him that the prisoner is there because of what he did to Hannibal's sister.

That's when he meets Chiyoh, a person who knows Hannibal. Both her and Will chatted a bit, mostly about Hannibal. Once Will leaves, he comes back and releases the prisoner. But soon the prisoner goes back to his cell and when Chiyoh comes with his meal, he attacks her. But if you think that he kills her, wrong!

After she kills him, Will comes back and soon they talked even more. She than agrees that she will help catch/look for Hannibal for him.

In the meantime, Hannibal has been having some lovely guests to his and Bedelia's place. One of them apparently was the curator. As they talked to the guy, Hannibal stabs the guy in the head right near the eye, causing him to still live but go blind.

When Bedelia removes it, it kills the guy. Oh well, she seems to have a lot of fun being with him and having these moments at dinner time.

The the next night, they had two couple and boy did they enjoy the meal that Hannibal cooked. Yeah, it was too bad that the curator didn't come. I assume he sends his regards.

Watching Bedelia dealing with these moments and than being Hannibal's therapist is quite amazing. She really seems to handle the grossness that Hannibal has shown. And with her talking to him =, asking him questions about Will and such.

I've loved the ending of the episode where she talks to him about his sister. One point that was discuss was that he now know what he must do to Will....eat him.

This episode as I said it before was literally it's best so far. Watching Will track down something from Hannibal's past. Meeting with Chiyoh and getting her to help him. Now looks like Will will have a weapon that Hannibal won't see coming to say the least. As for Hannibal, to make this all go away, he must end Will.

Overall, I give this episode 10/10.

Emotion Check: Stitchers "Connection"

This week's episode of "Stitchers" Kristen gets just a bit emotional when hunting for the killer and that she knows that it wasn't the husband.

This episode set a good tone for Kristen. When it comes to a case of the death of a newly wed bride, she goes into her memory and finds so much in so little time. When interviewing the husband, she knows that it wasn't him.

She watches and then talks to the likely suspect. As she talks to him, she tries to grab his hand which was quite weird but understand able.

Soon after one more try of finding anything, they come to a dead end but when Kristen comes up with a plan to try. It lured the killer and his plan out.

But that's not what all went down. Camille and Linus are the now "it" couple of the series which is very good. Those two do have a connection.

Plus while going throw Ed's things, Kristen comes through some photos and one of them seemed to be ripped with the word "Remember" on the back.

She goes to Maggie and gives it to her, of course she wouldn't say a word but near the end of the episode, she takes an envelope out and has the other piece of the photo , which has her in it as well from years ago with Ed and Kristen's mother.

Probably one of the best at the end moments so fat was when Kristen played the tape that Ed made for her when she was a kid. As he tells the story of Sleeping Beauty near the end we come to the last stitcher before Kristen finally wakes up in the creepiest of ways.

This episode was really good. The case wasn't has bad but the storyline of the characters were amazing. I'm very much enjoying watching Kristen getting caught up with emotions for the victims at least she knows what emotions are to say the least.

Of course this is a teen drama and you have to have those men vs women kind of issues when it comes to fixing a stereo piece. Watching Camille and Linus flirting with each other was amusing to watch.

Overall, I give this episode a 8/10.

You can catch "Stitchers" Tuesday nights at 9/8c on ABC Family.

Observing: Royal Pain "Playing Doctor"

This week's episode of "Royal Pains" takes Hank on one of his best times as he finds the new him.

When a hot actor comes to the ER for a deep cut on his arm, Evan referred him to Hank. After watching how Hank treats the cut and asking him so many questions, he asked if he could follow Hank for observing for a role that he's doing.

Hank agreed and well, let's just say that a lot of the patients (mostly the women) were amazed to watch him. But later on Hank does learn a bit from the actor, that would be visiting his mother's grave for the first time in 25 years.

In the meantime, Evan hopes that people would be moved by his weekly video blog. As soon as he posted it, everyone very  much enjoyed it. But when Hank see it, they both understood why everyone was proud of him. He accidentally had his test results pop up on the page when the video is playing.

You know for a second there when hearing everyone telling Evan about the video, I thought it was that they saw Evan and Page going at it.

As for Divya, she's fighting for custody of her child after the online news and photos show how an unfit mother she is. When she visits a patient who ask for a blood test and gives her the sample. She literally told him that she can't take it and either that she can take the blood sample in person or she informs his refusal.

The patient agreed and was happy with the results. It was to help make a decision on whether or not he and this lady would get married. Apparently his father setting up an arrange marriage. That's where Divya helps him by telling him to stand up and refuse. Of course, he did and thanked her for it, by which she did the same thing to the father of her child on the phone.

At the end of this episode it was a real heartwarming moment when Hank finally got to visit his mother;s grave for the first time since she passed. He did tell that actor that she pushed him for so long that after she died he's still trying to get her approval.

It was a real brotherly moment right there.

I found this episode hilarious and well heart warming that came near the end. I loved how Hank deals with the actor following him around. There were some scenes that felt a bit predictable but the episode didn't suffer that bad from it.

I give this episode 8/10 it was good.

You can catch "Royal Pains Tuesday night at 10/9c on USA Network.
