Words: Chicago Med "Stories, Secrets, Half-Truths, and Lies"

It's the second to last episode of the season, and everything seems to be up in the air with our characters for the season finale. Here are my thoughts!

I enjoyed this episode from beginning to end, with Natalie and Will trying to find a way to save her mother after showing signs of liver failure due to the meds. While Natalie worries about her mother, Will blames all of this and tells not only Virani and Goodwin, with the reaction is what you expect, not happy.

Meanwhile, Choi and Archer are buddies again; Choi learns that Archer has been going to a group about his PTSD. That is until they were asked to help treat an 18-year-old woman diagnosed with a brain tumor and didn't want any surgery. As Choi goes with the patient's wishes, Archer does what he has to do to save the patient, which guides her parents to get a court order, and even talks to the patient about his experience during the battle line, which works, but his story isn't true.

Maggie tries to find a way to tell Vanessa that she's her biological mother, while April helps Marcell with a patient who had a double lung transplant that was failing. April pushed that it could be COVID-19, and it was when she went behind Marcell's back to test the samples.

And Dr. Charles gets a visit from Romona, who wants to talk with him. After setting up an appointment and learning that she has straightened her life around since the last time, things take turns when talking about her father, and she leaves.

Hours later, Charles gets a call from Romona, who's up on the ledge and is about to jump. Charles talks to her and tells her that he's here to help and he's by her side, and soon she comes back from the ledge. The next day, he takes her to a program that deals with what she's going through.

"Stories, Secrets, Half-Truths and Lies" was an excellent episode. While the Manstead storyline was good (I still have hope with these two, but it doesn't look good anyway). Dr. Charles and Romona steal the episode with such a heartbreaking moment as she is about to jump off the building of Med. Learning that she's going to be okay, thanks to Charles.

Overall, I give this episode an 8.5/10.
