Set your calendars for the ABC's midseason premieres.
On Tuesday, ABC revealed its 2026 midseason schedule, which includes the returns of The Rookie and Will Trent.
The midseason begins Sunday, Jan. 4, with all fall scripted shows returning. This includes Thursday's 9-1-1, 9-1-1: Nashville, and Grey's Anatomy. High Potential returns an hour earlier between Will Trent and The Rookie. After Swifting Gears' 13-episode season ends, Scrubs' 10th season premieres with Abbott Elementary.

It's great to see ABC sharing the returns of shows like High Potential and Grey's Anatomy sooner rather than later—no need to wait until February or March. Keep up the good work, ABC!
