When Ed and Kelly are tricked by a hologram of a ship in distress and find themselves prisoners in a replica of their former home, Alara must step up in her first command of the Orville and attempt a heroic rescue. The Orville "Old Wounds" Series Premiere

After watching the series premiere of Fox's The Orville, it pretty much delivered what I was expecting, fun, heart and even some mystery.

The show really has this Star Trek nostalgic feeling to it with the twist of what Seth McFaralane bring in with his comedy and drama. This cast along with McFaralane really works and brings so much to the screen that I feel like they are a group that I want to hang out.

I very much enjoyed the first episode of The Orville. I thought it was interresting and hilarious and even engaging at times. Even drew in a msytery of why Ed's ex wife is with him after she confronts the commander about not telling him the reason why she's on the Orville. I thought that was pretty neat and got me wanting to know why.

Overall, I give this episode a 8/10.

As Diana sets Katie off on a mission to take the job at the station that she wants, but when Katie tries to be executive producer for the day, she soon realizes that Greg has it much harder than she realized. Meanwhile, Carol uses Greg and Katie's workplace ompetition as an opportunity to push the two of them together. After Diana insults Portia on a women in buiness panel, Portia declares a "squard feud" that forces their two very different wolrds togehter.
