The third season of The Umbrella Academy has arrived, and it delivers. Here are my thoughts.
Among my most anticipated summer returns, The Umbrella Academy Season 3 exploded back onto screens and absolutely did not disappoint. It ramped up the entertainment factor, perfectly filling the void left while waiting for Stranger Things Season 4, part 2.
Performances and Pacing
Elliot Page delivers an outstanding performance as Viktor Hargreeves, expertly balancing his growing role as a leader with deeply personal stakes. Though at times the narrative felt densely packed, the season maintained a relentless pace, keeping me on the edge of my seat right up to its incredibly impactful final episode.
The Ending and The Verdict
While the Season 3 finale might leave some craving immediate resolution, I'm glad Netflix has greenlit a final season to fully wrap up this wild journey. The ending itself wasn't a satisfying series closer, but it brilliantly sets the stage for an explosive conclusion.
Overall, I give this season a 9/10.
