Sheriff Country has added two heavy-hitting actors for recurring roles. Find out who and what their roles will be.
On Wednesday, Deadline reported that Sheriff Country has cast Amanda Arcuri (Watson) and Caroline Rhea (Sabrina the Teenage Witch) for recurring roles.
Arcuri will play Skye, the intelligent yet troubled daughter of Sheriff Mikey Fox (played by and starring Morena Baccarin) and her ex-husband, Travis Fraley (Christopher Gorham). Sober for months, she's drawn to a boyfriend who jeopardizes her recovery. She's fighting to rebuild her life.
Rhea will portray Gina, who is deadpan and efficient. She is Mickey's assistant and the face of the Edgewater County Sheriff's Office. A lifelong local with a colorful past, she is one of the few who can speak the truth to Mickey.
Sheriff Country follows straight-shooting sheriff Mickey Fox (Baccarin), the stepsister of Cal Fire's division chief Sharon Leone (Diane Farr (Fire Country)). She investigates criminal activity as she patrols the streets of small-town Edgewater while contending with her ex-con father (W. Earl Brown) and a mysterious incident involving her wayward daughter.
CBS ordered Sheriff Country to series for the 2025-2026 broadcast season. The Series is produced by CBS Studios.
