Realizing and Wondering: Chicago Fire "Spartacus" Season Finale

In the season finale of Chicago Fire, there are twists and turns, a few surprises, and a cliffhanger with us asking one question. Let's take a look.

Since Rice had come to House 5,1, there has been tension between Truck and Squad; Otis thinks that Rice has been ducking during scenes, and Sevride doesn't like him since Rice is one of his best long-time friends.

During a call of gas leaking in the house, Squad goes in when the place is redeemeunsafelyfe and could explode. They go in, and Otis also goes in and turns off the gas. Severide gets in and out quickly. The elderly lady who lives there and her dog.

After, Boden was not too pleased with what happened. Things get a bit intense between Squad and Truck, and as they return to the house, Otis decides to sit at Squad's table.

That pissed off Severide and the Squad, but they left to get gas for the truck. Casey wasn't too pleased with what the rest were doing. But they were taking a stand. Cruz seemed to be and didn't join until Otis told him to sit with them.

Meanwhile, Casey talks with Boden, along with Antonio and Voight Ab, outgoing undercover, to bring down Jack and his prostitute trafficking. This is after their first attempt did go well. Boden allowed it and shook hands with each other. But not watching out; someone was watching them from a distance, Jack.

Casey goes back to the club and talks to Jack. He doesn't seem to be pleased at all. They talk, and Jack wants to know if he's been talking with PD about anything. After Casey gives him his world, he doesn't enjoy it. They shook hands, and Jack tells Casey to come back tomorrow. But as Katia was going to walk Casey out, Jack wanted to speak with her.

For Chillie and Herrmann, their product is finally made. Chilies Champagne was a hit at the house and gave Herrmann an idea of who to sponsor it....Scottie P...n. This might be Scottie's second appearance on a Chicago-based TV series since ER during season two.

After a heated talk with Casey, Severide discovers that Rice had lied about the hihasroken mask. Kelly conf confronts Rice with Boden. Rick explains that he's scared of losing, which might be okay but isn't. So Rice is gone, and a surprise announcement comes that Cruz is now a member of Squad. Shocking, right? Wait, there's more.

After a call of a warehouse fire, everyone is on deck. Otis is now the driver for Truck 81. Two firefighters are trapped, and two workers are, too. When Dawson goes in, there is one out the window; she doesn't escape
She dragged the other victim, but soon, she would be out of oxygen. Boden makes a bold move of going back in there and saving not just Dawson but Severi, who was there to save Dawson. Then Severide's oxygen ran out. Trying to stay alive, they take slips from the water hos,e but soon the Fire chief decides to shut down the hose in there and hose the building.

Cruz makes a bold stand; therefore, he threatens what he does. He did,d but Boden got to Dawson and Severide in time and got out safe.

As the team returned to the house, the Fire Captain awaited the firefighter who threatened a chief. Cruz admitted, but then Otis followed by everyone else. It was a real Spartacus moment.

After that t, there was a party at Molly's. Everyone was celebrating until Chile and Herrmann saw the commercial for their product, which wasn't good. Someone else stole her idea. But Herrmann calmed her down and encouraged her not to give up. This might be a good case for Chicago Law to come in.

As the party continued, Dawson, who hadn't been feeling well, didn't like the smell of pickles. But she realized, and I think we all realized, something was up. She goes back home and takes a pregnancy test. When she sees the results, he runs to Casey's place, where the door opens. She goes in and sees that everything is dark; there seems to be a fight with a lamp on the floor, and he sinks running water.

But she soon finds Katia on the field. The shocking part is, Where is Casey? That's the question we want to know. This doesn't seem to be suitable for Dawsey right now.

,tion: Brett and Roman hook up after she had an intense event during that warehouse fire.

Overall, this was one of the best season finales. At least no one went into a building, and it exploded. We don't have to worry about everyone but just one, Casey. I thought there were some excellent tied ends to some storylines and more interesting ones to come when the new season starts. I give this episode 9/10.

As for the overall season, this was their best season. The writing was superb, hitting every note a television show could hit. We started with an emotional death to trying to move on; relationships take a tumble, one decides to leave, and a shocker in one connection. This was a perfect 10/10.

Now, I know that show fans aren't too pleased that the new season starts in November. I know it's a long wait, but the waiting makes it better—more hype. Heck, start talking about the show throughout the summer to get folks time to explore the exhibition.

You can catch the new season of Chicago Fire in November.
