Lioness Season 2 Premiere Date

If you enjoyed the first season of Lioness (aka Special Ops: Lioness) on Paramount+, prepare for season two as Paramount announced the premiere date.

The Paramount+ military drama will take deployment for its second season on Sunday, October 27th, with the airing of its first two episodes.

Created by Yellowstone creator Taylor Sheridan and inspired by an actual United States Military program, the series follows CIA station chief Joe McNamara (played by Zoe Saldana) as she attempts to balance her personal and professional life as the tip of the CIA's spear in the war on terror.

Along with Saldana, the series also stars Laysla De Oliveira, Nicole Kidman, Morgan Freeman, Michael Kelly, Dave Annable, Jill Wagner, LaMonica Garrett, James Jordan, and Austin Hebert. Season two is set to add Bruce McGill (Rizzoli and Isles), Jennifer Ehle (Law and Order: Organized Crime), and Genesis Rodriguez (The Umbrella Acadamy).

The first season was popular during its first week, with the streamer announcing that six million watched.

Here's my season one review.
