Here is a preview of this Tuesday's season premiere of Night Court. 

"The Judge's Boyfriend" 

Suspecting Dan might be her boyfriend's father, Abby does some investigating. A blast from Dan's past resurfaces as the court's new prosecutor.

Thoughts: 

Let me just say this that I'm a huge fan of the original Night Court series with Harry Anderson. It was a show that I watched mostly on syndication on the likes of WGN and other cable networks. 

As for the revival, it's one of my current favorite shows on television. Is it perfect? No. It has some issues like some of the development of supporting characters that doesn't quite it their mark with me. But I do feel the addition of Wendie Malick will make the series better. 

The one thing that I tune in for is the chemistry between Abby and Dan. There is a strong bonding that makes this show worth watching as Dan Fielding being a mentor type to judge Abby Stone, the daughter of Judge Harry Stone. Episode like "Just Tueaday," "Ready or Knot" are just a few that have really made me love this show. 

I can't wait for season three of Night Court. What wacky cases will come through those doors this season and what wacky situation will our characters get into.
