On Monday, Fox becomes the third broadcasting network (after CBS and NBC) to reveal its fall TV schedule. What shows are on the move, where will new shows land, and what will be on hold for midseason? Here's a look.
During the previous autumn season, Fox presented three evenings of scripted programming. In the current autumn season, there will be programming exclusively on Sunday evenings featuring animated shows, while Tuesday evenings will showcase "Murder in a Small Town" and "Doc."
Get ready for a thrilling surprise! The Weakest Link is making an exciting move from NBC to Fox, bringing with it an all-celebrity season that will light up Monday nights. Plus, Fear Factor, a competition that first captured our attention on NBC and then on MTV, is also joining Fox for midseason with a fresh twist as "Fear Factor: The Next Chapter," promising to be "bigger, bolder, and more daring" than ever before!
The upcoming one-hour comedy series, led by Josh Charles, titled "Best Medicine," is scheduled to debut in the midseason, and will be paired with "Doc." Additionally, Fox has commissioned "Memory of a Killer" for the midseason; this dramatic thriller is inspired by the critically acclaimed 2003 Belgian film, "De Zaak Alzheimer," and follows an as-yet-uncast hitman who experiences early-onset Alzheimer's disease.
No decisions have been reached regarding "The Cleaning Lady" and "Alert: Missing Persons Unit," as both programs continue to broadcast their current seasons. "Accused," an anthology series with a non-contracted cast, is not bound by the same decision timetable as ongoing series.

Fox is following in ABC's footsteps from the last few seasons by leaning more towards unscripted programming and moving away from scripted content. This approach seems to align well with the network, as it provides plenty of options to fill programming slots if any particular show doesn't quite resonate. The show I really hope makes a comeback to the network next season is The Cleaning Lady!
Do you enjoy Fox's fall lineup? Which show that's on the bubble are you hoping returns next season? Are you excited for the new editions of Fear Factor and Weakest Link? Please leave a comment.
