UPDATED: The Blacklist: What to Look Forward is Season Three
The highly anticipated season premiere of The Blacklist is just more than a month away.
Here's a quick catch up:
From where we left off from the season finale is that Agent Keen had shot the Attorney General of the United States (by the way, he did deserved it), and went of the run with Red.
What we are looking next is that there's an FBI manhunt for Liz as she and Tom "have completely flipped roles," said creator Jon Bokenkamp. "She is now the criminal, and he is innocent, which gives it an interesting dynamic."
As Liz relies on Red, she'll get a better look at how his network of curious characters operates and run shoulders with the likes of Mr. Kaplan and Glen. Meanwhile, Ressler is now in charge of the task force while Cooper is under suspicion which brings Ressler in direct opposition with Tom.
Plus: Twilight's Edi Gathegi will guest-star as Mr. Solomon, a new enemy.
The season premiere of The Blacklist is Thursday, September 24th at 9/8c on NBC.
UPDATE: Thursday, Aug. 13, NBC announced that The Blacklist season premiere has been moved back to Oct. 1st due to Heroes: Reborn airing a two-hour premiere event.
CBS Return Shows to Watch
CBS had kicked off their portion of the Television Critics Association Summer Press tour on a really good spoiler note with releasing fall teasers of their returning shows. I'll just going to put down the ones to look forward to:
CSI (Sunday, September 27)
In the special two-hour series finale event, a catastrophic event paralyzes Las Vegas, and Gil Grissom, Catherine Willows and Jim Brass returns to help the team with the investigation. Also, D.B. Russell and Sara Sidle make decisions regarding the future of their crime-fighting careers and Lady Heather makes a return, creating maniacal controversy betwwen Grissom and sidle.
CSI: Cyber (Sunday, Oct. 4 10/9c)
Ted Danson's D.B. Russell, a civilian specialist, transfers from Las Vegas to become the director of the newly created division of Next Generation Cyber Forensics. He joins Avery and her team as they track down the most dangerous cyber criminals, beginning with the hacking of a home security system that turns into a homicide investigation. Also Avery considers moving to a new position within the hierarchy of the FBI, Krumtiz is a witness in his sister's trail, Elijah deals with a family situation and more is revealed about both Raven's and Nelson's background.
Elementary (Thursday, Nov. 5th 10/9c)
Holmes attempts to rebuild his life in the wake of his attack on Oscar and subsequent relapse. Due to his violent actions, Sherlock's partnership with Watson and their consultancy with the NYPD are in jeopardy. As he awaits news on whether or not he will face criminal charges, the case of a mission woman allegedly killed by her husband lands in his lap, just in time to distract him from the impending arrival of his estranged father, Mr. Morland Holmes (new cast member John Noble).
Hawaii Five-O (Friday, Sept. 25th 9/8c)
In the sixth season premiere, a murder leads Five-O to investigate a centuries-old pirate story involving buried treasure, and it seems that the killer is using the back of a stolen painting as a treasure map. Also, the morning after their wedding, Kono and Adam (Ian Anthony Dale) are kidnapped and tortured by Gabriel (Christopher Sean), and Danny shows concern for McGarrett regarding Cathrine's return to the island.
A Hero Rises in Supergirl
On Monday, CBS released a new trailer for their upcoming new buzzed series "Supergirl."
Here's the trailer.
The story of how Kara Zor-El coming to Earth to help Superman but takes a bit of detour and apparently he doesn't need any help. She has hidden her powers from the public until an incident occurs. This is her journey to heroism.
The series stars Melissa Benoist as Kara Zor-El/Supergirl/Kara Danvers, Mehcad Brooks as James Olsen, Chyler Leigh as Alex Danvers and Calista Flockhart as Cat Grant.
Looking forward to this series. It's one of my top 5 list of shows to watch this fall season. I wasn't much into the superhero TV series, but recently after watching Daredevil on Netflix and Arrow from The CW but binged watched it on Netflix, my mind was blown.
You can catch the series premiere of "Supergirl" Monday, October 26th at 8:30/7:30c right after "The Big Bang Theory." And it'll be on it's regular schedule time Mondays at 8/7c.
Preview: Law & Order: SVU Two Hour Premiere Event
In it's 17th season, Law & Order: SVU will open up the season with a two-hour premiere event that as the trailer said " This is the one America will be talking about...again"
SVU is taking on one of their biggest stories so far, possibly in the last decade...Robert Durst and "The Jinx."
Check out the preview and yes!! That is Dallas Roberts and he's back as the nefarious serial killer Dr. Yates, who previously seen in the SVU-Chicago Fire-Chicago PD crossover last April.
We all know that Law & Order: SVU is no stranger to stories that are "ripped from the headlines." I hope that in the promos down the road that they mention that because I get chills down my back when I hear the voice over saying it.
You can catch the 2-hour season premiere of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit Wednesday, September 23rd at 9/8c on NBC.

Crushing the Past: Weekend Catch Up Part 6
Here's another edition of Weekend Catch Up.
Seems Jessica seems to know what Jack Soloff is up to with trying to take away her company. When Jack tries to make things right, she has Mike helping with him, but more of keeping an eye on him instead. But Jack seems that even if he tries to help and not give information to another company, he has a change of heart.
Harvey on the other hand finally opens up about his past. He tells the story when he found his mother sleeping with a "cousin" and ask not to tell dad. This was when he was sick and coming from school. That moment triggered what Harvey is today and it shows when Louis' sister ask him to help with a lawsuit and than a date.
Harvey turns her down both times. She tries to open with him but he shuts her down cold. When she goes to tell Louis that she can't go with him and Donna. Louis soon figures it out that Harvey and her slept together and it turned into a heated battle.
This happens to be one of it's best episodes as for Harvey's storyline. It as well told and give a great explanation of why Harvey is so Harvey. Also I don't think that Donna and Harvey could be friends with what just happen here. She wants t help give advice but he doesn't want any advice from a friend.
Overall, I give this episode a 7.5/10
You can catch "Suits" Wednesday nights at 9/8c on NBC
Holy crap!! The ending to this episode was amazing and thrilling when Will and the Tooth Fairy finally meet and had a nice five second dance before escaping.
The Tooth Fairy had his conversation with Lecter and even had a flashback with him. It was kind of mind blowing when he blossomed into the Red Dragon in front of Lecter like that.
Also, taking his ray of sunshine, the speech therapist with him and had a stay in date night after going to the zoo.
And I couldn't forget Gillian Anderson's role in this episode, with her character's conversation with Will about if you came in front of a wounded bird would you help it? Both agree to help but she would crush it, because everything and everyone needed to be crush and she tells it with so so cold.
That had to be my second favorite scene in the episode. This episode was really well written and flat down mind blowing with the special effects with the Tooth Fairy and his therapist when she pets the tiger.
Overall, I give this episode a 9.5/10.
You can catch "Hannibal" Saturday nights at 10/9c on NBC.
Cubs on a Roll
The Chicago Cubs are on a roll. Sweeping the San Francisco Giants 4-0 this weekend and winning today's game 2-0 in a dramatic ending.
The Cubs look great and are in the playoff hunt for the second Wild Card. Maybe Back to the Future could be right, the Cubs could win it in 2015?
The Lost of a Giant
I want to take this time to give my thoughts and prayers to the family of Frank Gifford. News today that he had passed away this morning, it's just heartbreaking. Frank was on the great giants of the NFL. Heck, I think he was the definition of what the NFL stood for, when he played.
I enjoyed watching him and Kathie Lee together on The Today Show. He was such an amazing legendary broadcaster, football player and human being.
Suits "Hitting Home"
In this week's episode of "Suits," we get to learn why Harvey is what he is when it comes to dating and other relationships.Seems Jessica seems to know what Jack Soloff is up to with trying to take away her company. When Jack tries to make things right, she has Mike helping with him, but more of keeping an eye on him instead. Bones: Brennan and Booth are Having a.....
And it's a boy!!
For Brennan (Emily Deschanel) and Booth (David Borenaz) will be having a son in the upcoming season of Bones, as Entertainment Weekly learned it exclusively. The boy is the second child for the couple who have a daughter, Christine.
"I won't say a name, but Brennan is going to have a boy and were going to have fun with (her) as a mom," executive producer Michael Peterson telling EW. "Brennan is going to become the homeroom mom for Christine, which is just very fun for us- the stories about what it's like to have Brennan be involved in school that way."
Deschanel is a mother herself, with two boy and both of her pregnancies have been written on the show.
She tells EW that she's excited of the new to the series and that she loves boys and expects to help alter the family dynamic.
"When a new child is born into a family, it always affects the whole family," Deschanel says. "It's a huge change for everybody-parents and other siblings. They were the center of the universe for a while and now they have to share, and that's a challenge. Whether they show that directly or indirectly, it'll affect the other child.
"Even with all the help that I get, I find it very challenging to have two kids," she continues. "Trying to make sure you have the time for both of them, and juggling all the different things. You have another child who has activities and school and all that. I think you'll see storylines revolving around that as the season goes on."
Entertainment Weekly added that when the show returns that it "will pick up about six months after the season 10 finale."
You can catch the season premiere of "Bones" Thursday, Oct 1st at 8/7c on FOX.
