Trade, Love Care: Life in Pieces "Babe Secret Phone Germs"

This week's episode has the family dealing with a child's girlfriend, the cell phone, the office relationship, and germs.

The first story starts with Tyler's new girlfriend. When Heather throws a house welcoming party with the family, Tyler brings his girlfriend. But there's one issue that gives everyone concern about her. Her boobs become a distraction.

Not only does Tim get distracted, but Greg and Matt do as well. They talk to Tyler about it, and he tells them that she's a bit older, and soon they high-five him.

The second story deals with Matt and Colleen's working relationship. There's a rule that you can't date while working for the same company. It becomes an issue for the two not to be around each other, but when a coworker finds out they're dating, Matt quits his job to be with her.

The next one happens to be one of my favorites, and that deals with cell phones. When Heather's youngest daughter complains about the cell phone use at that dinner table, she asks her mom if she would want one, but Heather tells her that she has to wait til she turns 12.

She goes to her grandfather and guilts him into buying her a phone. It works out for the two of them until John sees she's distracted from the outside world. Of course, he tells Joan about it and gets in trouble with Heather, who tells him to take the phone away. Instead of just taking the phone away, he trades in pierced earrings.

The last story deals with germs. Greg and Jen are the new parents and are trying not to be the kind of parents who protect their children from nasty germs. It gets tricky when they call a pest control to take out a skunk.

The guy asked to use their bathroom, and they allowed him to go in to use it. The guy was dirty, and even though he took his shoes off, his soccer was even dirt, her too. And, of course, about to leave, the baby drops its pacifier, picks it up, and puts it back in its mouth. Yeah, that wouldn't drive any new parent crazy. It does, and Greg and Jen climb up the house and leave the door open for the floors to dry until the skunk returns.

I enjoyed the first, third, and fourth stories the most out of this episode. But I wanted the grandfather-granddaughter relationship. When she hooks him in that, she will be sad unless she gets a phone. The grandfather trying to be the best friend helps but soon does what every grandfather does best: makes a trade.

Overall, I give this episode an 8/10.

The Battle Between Two Agents: Blindspot "Split the Law"

Things get dicey when hostage situation turns into an international indication and the FBI and the CIA are butting heads with each other in this crazy twisted episode.

Kurt invites Jane for dinner with his sister and niece, things seem to go pretty well until Jane gets a flashback to when she was walking down stairs with someone. Maybe a bit too soon on meeting the family.

Anyway, a hostage situation takes Weller, Jane and the FBI get's their interest because the building has the same code number that's part of Jane's tattoo. Trying to keep the situation calm, the gun men were upset that the NWA fired them. It got ugly when gunshots went off and everyone goes in.

Even though they went in, things looked a bit fishy. Jane and Kurt go down a flight of stairs that lead to an underground CIA black-site with three men dead. That's where CIA Carter and his crew come in. Things get heated between the FBI and CIA.

While Jane stepped out, she goes back to the truck and look through the severance cameras. There was smoke screen when one of the gun men took three hostages and gone through the door and minutes later comes out with one of them looking different. They realized that the guy that was down stairs was rescued. The guy was part of the CIA Intel that has the knowledge to make a dirty bomb.

So the hunt was on to search the the guys and the scientist. They find that the dirty bomb will be set in a cemetery in Queens. The place reminds me of the final scenes of Amy Pond on Doctor Who with the Wheeping Angles. Guns goes a blazing between one another and even the CIA gets involved too and Carter almost taking out Jane with a sniper but was stopped by Mayfair.

Carter soon puts Mayfair on the spot when she wants to take the suspect in for questioning with guns of each FBI and CIA turning to each other. Carter negotiate in exchange for Jane but Mayfair didn't.

I have a feeling that this won't be the end for Carter. He wants to take down Jane one way or another. Plus, Jane remembers going down a flight of stairs that lead to an underground chamber with children that are held prisoners. And we finally get to see Weller's father, who shows up at the end of the episode.

I enjoyed this episode to the max. There were so many twist and turns from the hostage to what these guys were up to. I freaked out when Weller was interrogating with one of the suspects and she pulled her hair out. That was freaky awesome. Apparently the suspects had radiation in their bodies enough that they were going to die.

And not to forget that there's a leak in the FBI and that person's name is Zapata, who was spotted talking to Carter and taking money. All  I have to say is WTF!!! And I thought she was a good one.

Overall, I give this episode a 9/10.

Together We Can Do This: Brooklyn Nine-Nine "The Oolong Slayer"

Brooklyn Nine-Nine "The Oolong Slayer"

When two of Brooklyn's finest are held up because they can't solve a case, Jake and Holt come together and investigate a case in secret.

The Nine-Nine are being held to not take any cases unless the Vulture says so. That drives Jake crazy and finds updated evidence that the Slayer is back and the only way he could help solve it is with Holt, who is also going through the same thing in PR.

With only a few breaks in the case, Jake and Holt gets caught by their bosses and are put on suspension. But that doesn't stop Jake who has a lead of where the Slayer is at and informs Holt about it. Jake goes in alone and tries to take the Slayer down but gets stop by him. Until Holt shows up and told Jake that he should take the credit.

That gave Jake the idea to tell the Commander that he should take the credit and in return, Holt comes back to Nine-Nine and it did.

Also, The Vulture asked Rosa and Amy to throw him a birthday party. Trying to figure it out, Amy comes up with the idea to have him perform with his band at the party. The Vulture is always about how to make a joke out of himself, right?

Also Boyle introduces Terry to a health snack that clams the nerve. With Terry, he's got a lot of stress in his life as he tries the snack and become addicted to it. He becomes so addicted to it that he grows from super hunk to super molt.

As much as I love watching Jake and Holt working together. I enjoyed the storyline between Boyle and Terry. Just watching Terry getting super addicted to this seed snack, and pretending to get off of it. I thought it was just hilarious.

Overall, I give this episode a 7.5/10

Wild, Wild Weekend: Weekend Catch Up Pt 11

iZombie "Zombie Bro"

Call it the revenge that went wrong. This week's episode had to be straight down hilarious.

When a college student gets murdered at a frat party. Olivia takes on the mind of a frat student and it's totally hilarious. Making skeletons in the lab doing some weird and embarrassing things, writing "FART" on Ravi's head and putting makeup too.

And it wasn't just Liv but Ravi and Major as well. They try to find the drug so they know what it feels like when taking it. Ravi goes wild, just wild and dances. Major just does the same thing until someone uses his phone and calls Liv to pick him up These three both get in a taxi and perform one hell of a scene talking how they got this whole zombie thing going.

The suspects in the case goes to the frats boys, another student with the same name as the victim, the girlfriend and the couple that rented the costume. It might have sounded like it could be the frats or girlfriend but it turns out it was the couple that rented the costume. The guy wanted to get revenge on the victim because he killed his father in a drug driving. That was until he learned that it was the wrong guy that he killed.

Blaine on the other hand tries to get things moving in his drug ring. Not to mention that Major is now hooked on the drug that he and Ravi tried at the club.

Overall, I thought that this was one of the funniest episodes. I would watch this episode over just to get some laughs out of it.

Overall, I give this episode a 8/10.

Arrow "The Candidate"

Oliver and Thea deal not only their own issues but a friend of the family's own as well. When Jessica Danforth and her daughter comes to town, they're not only in Starling City for a nice visit and chat. Jessica tells Oliver and Thea that she's going to be running for Mayor and that their mother influenced her.

That kind a leads to another attack against the candidate for Mayor. There was an air gun going off and a kidnap of Jessica's daughter all by Lonnie Machin or as he calls himself the Anarchy. He's working for Darhk and HIVE. Darhk doesn't like Machin's approaches to these situations but it did get Jessica to stop running for mayor after her daughter is brought back thanks to Speedy and Green Arrow.

As for Thea, she's been getting a bit too aggressive against the Ghost and it concerns Oliver to the point of retelling what happen against Al Ghul. Thea tells Laurel about what had happen and it gave her the idea to take her and go back to the pit but not with just the two of them but bring with them Laurel's sister.

As for Oliver, he's been thinking over and decides to run for Mayor of Starling City. If he wants to be a step ahead of the Ghost, why not?

Felicity meets with Curtis Holt and had to make some difficult choices for the Palmer Company. But saves the jobs and invest on whatever Holt has cooking in his lad. I think that Holt could be the Static Shock, but who knows. It was just a thought.

Oliver's flashback we see him back on the island and dealing with another military that have slavery of people working for them. He's working for them and looks pretty good with a nice haircut.

Overall, I give this episode a 8/10.

Heroes Reborn: "The Lion's Den"

Noah searches for the answers and tries to get them out of Erica. When Harris makes an entrance, things goes battle but Miko comes in and gets her sword back.

Tommy learns a bit about his past, that his mother isn't really his mother. This was when he was getting tested and put a microchip in his arm, so they know where he'll be when he disappears. He gets upset towards his mother, but the old man who comes in tells him that he's the one to help save the world. If I was Tommy I would freak out too.

Malina escapes from Harris and his men but a mentor/friend scarifies to help her. We seen The Shadow and it doesn't look like a pretty Evo at all.

Luke on the other hand makes some changes in his life. Gives his practice away and looks through his past. And then sets his house on fire and leaves like a total bad ass.

This episode was very good. I'm amazed at Robbie Kay's performance. And with Noah still searching, he know who he has to go to...to an old friend.

Overall, I give it a 8/10.

The Player "The Big Blind"

Could Ginny still be alive? That's the question that lingers into Alex's mind, while protecting a friend from getting taken out by her husband. The stakes have never been any higher and as Mr. Johnson said the odds should be much higher.

When an attack takes place against a high profile criminal Ray and his wife Monica, Alex comes to investigates. It turns into a keep the wife alive against the husband as she hired a hit-man to taken her husband out. 

Alex takes on not just one but five guys. Alex takes Monica to a construction site of remodel hotel to stay safe, but they wouldn't stay safe for long. Alex takes things into his own hands and taken everyone out not just with a gun, but a phone, duck tape, propane and fire torch. 

Monica gets away and Alex standoff with one last guy, until they shoot each other. Alex goes down but wakes up and sees a shadow figure a couple of feet from him. Soon he falls back asleep and flashbacks to when he first meet Ginny. Then wakes up with a cup on his right side just like Ginny use to in his dream. 

Alex ask Monica about Ginny and the only thing that she tells him is that she was afraid of something. Alex and Mr. Johnson have a few nice heated chats. I enjoy watching these two butted heads. And also Cassandra is also in the same boat as Alex, as she's trying to find what happen to Ginny but comes short. 

So is Ginny really died? Does anyone think that Cassandra's real name is April?

Overall, I give this episode a 7/10.

Bones: "The Doctor in the Drink"

When a body is found in a pond, Booth and Brennan are back on the case. Brennan who misses much of the excitement while Booth is going through some stuff the begins at home and ends up at work.

The team dives into solving the case. They come up with that the body had it's organs taken away. Aubrey and Booth checkout suspects like Nadia who talked to Aubrey about harvesting organs for the good to save a life. Yeah but in this case it really wasn't in anyway good.

When Brennan and Wendell check over the bones once again, they find that the angle of the damaged face doesn't meet. So Angela gets her hands in it and find out that the car safety guard was the weapon and that it was the victim's best friend.

In this episode, Booth is going through other tough time when his brother's ashes haven't arrived. Even though I thought Aubrey had it, when it wasn't I think that Booth was at this point still grieving for the lost of Jared. But I think what could make that a little better was that Booth got his old office back.

I enjoyed this episode. Love that Bones and Booth are back but I do mess seeing these two solve crime together. I miss the teamwork between Booth and Brennan, that chemistry that made this show awesome and unique. I'm not saying that I don't like what they're doing, all I'm saying is that at least have a couple of episodes of Booth and Brennan solving crime instead of having Booth and Aubrey doing some of the work.

Overall, I give this episode a 7/10.

Crazy Ex-Girlfriend "Josh Just Happens to Live Here"

It's smart, crafty, bright and witted. These are some of the words that I can best describe the new CW series "Crazy Ex-Girlfriend."

Starring Rachel Bloom, she plays Rebecca Bunch, a girl who was once a happy girl when she was at a summer camp with a boy named Josh Chan until he broke up with her. Ten years later, she's a successful lawyer about to become junior partner at a firm until she spotted Josh. 

They catch up pretty quick and heard that he was moving back to West Covina, California. Rebecca soon declined her job offer and moved to West Covina, where it's only two hours from the beach (NOT!). She gets a job at a local law firm for Darryl Whitefeather. She meets Paula Proctor, a person that's worked extra harder to get where she is today. 

Paula doesn't seem to like Rebecca at first due to how she's acting. That all changed when Paula confronted Rebecca about everything and after a bit of a reality check, Rebecca thinks she's crazy for what she had done. Moving over to try to connect with Josh. Paula doesn't think so and is willing to help her achieve that goal. 

This series has a mixture of everything. I couldn't get some of the songs out of my head from West Covina to "Sexy Ready Getting Song." Bloom is stunning and astonishing in the pilot. The chemstiry between Bloom and Donna Lynne Champlin, who plays Paula, is impressive. 

Overall, I give the pilot a 9/10.

Battles and Flashbacks: Doctor Who "The Girl Who Died"

At first I didn't like it but more and more later on I finally got into it.

The Doctor and Clara stop into a village of vikings, something that the Doctor doesn't want to get into with them. Showing his sonic sunglasses to scare them off, one member takes them off and breaks them. (NNNOOOOO!!!!!)

They're force to come in the village when the warrior leader Odin speaks from the clouds and takes all of their vikings warriors and that includes Clara and Ashildr, who's played by Maisie Williams. They've been sent into a room where it kills the vikings. But only Clara and Ashildr made it through and talked to Odin. Everything was good until Ashildr engaged in a war between her village and his warriors.

That leads to the Doctor trying to get these villagers how to battle. It didn't look good if these guys were going up against Odin and his guys. I do love how the Doctor gave every member a name from Limpy, Chuckles, Heidi and Led Zeppelin.

But an idea come to him that doesn't have to have the villagers to fight. So they plan to have a party and set a trap and use their eels to give them a charge. Destroying one of the warrior's machine and getting the helmet, the Doctor put in on Ashildr and gave a scare to Odin that would make him blush  and embarrass.

After sending Odin and his guys away, Ashildr dies after taking off the helmet. The Doctor is never happy when even if they win and one person dies. But soon he gets a reflection flashback that he knows why the face that we're seeing is him. Apparently, it was in the episode "The Fires of Pompeii " when Peter Capaldi first appeared on the show. And shows Donna as well.

The Doctor remembers and goes back and gives Ashildr a medical medal on her forehead and gave her the ability of not die.

The Doctor leaves and regrets to what he had done. That now instead of making a splash, he's making waves across the universe.

I enjoyed the episode halfway through. I love the first scene but with the vikings and such didn't quite get me. I did love how the Doctor trying to train these folks for battle. I thought that was hilarious. I'll be honest I didn't know who Maisie Williams was or haven't seen Game of Thrones. But I thought that she was very good and after this episode I'm really excited t see what she's doing in part two of next week's episode.

Overall, I give this episode a 7/10.

"Take Me to Church" and Find a Good Time: Friday Night Comedy

Undateable "A Rock and Hard Place Walk Into a Bar"

Week 2 of Undateable Live season continues with some surprises and even coming up with a catch phrase.

Justin and Candace's relationship gets more serious when none of them want to walk away from each other. They're relationship does interfere with Danny when he brings a lady to his place. Candace as Candace likes to do talk and make things a bit worst and soon Danny's date leaves because he couldn't remember her name.

Danny tells Justin that Candace needs to but out at times when he has someone. It gets into a battle between to people that Justin loves, Danny and Candace. At times, Danny and Candace were insulting each other, and at times were very hilarious. One of them Danny tells Candace that she wasn't the star of the hit Disney series "Good Luck Charlie" that it was the parents. Very hurtful but funny.

And of course there was one scene when Danny and Justin were fighting but it was just the two of them that they're going to hit with whatever they name their fists or foot. Like for Justin called his two fist Marvin and Gay and that they're about to bring it on. Danny called his foot that he's about to kick Ron Fudge.

Soon Danny and Candace talked and made up. But they had to get Justin to forgive them by singing Summer Nights from Grace and it turned into one of the hilarious group moments.

Throughout the episode Shelly tries to come up with a catch phrase like other television series. He comes up with "Take it to Church" and it was sound a lot shown by his hoodie and even said out loud from the audience.

The cast have made fun of how the show is live. Like last week, they said that no one should watch a show later that they should watch it live. Shelly turns on the television in this episode and sees himself, than the audience and even Sarah Chalke from Scrubs in her character's doctor coat. They do make fun of Scrubs too. HEll, I thought Scrubs ended after 7 seasons.

I enjoyed this episode so much. I believe that this episode gave a lot more for Bridge Mendler's character a lot to do and said a lot more. I enjoyed watching her and Chris going at it.

Overall, I give this episode a 8/10

Truth Be Told "Pilot" 

"Truth Be Told" is a new series from the creator DJ Nash. The series is about two diverse couples that live next door and are best friends. You had me at best friends, but anyway the show is focus on conversations/discussions on everyday life.

Mark-Paul Gosselaar plays Mitch and Vanessa Lachey plays Tracy, Mitch's wife. They are a married couple with a little girl. Their friends Angie and Russell, played by Tone Bell and Bresha Webb are a married couple without any children.

Mitch and Russell deals with how at a Chinese restaurant that the lady that gave them their order, probably doesn't speak Chinese. Russell tries speak it by saying thank you and the lady doesn't respond.

Russel deals with an issue when Angie, who got tickets for a Jay-Z concert, is getting them from her ex-boyfriend. But when her ex text her back, Russell looks into and asked the question should you look into your significant other's text? I wouldn't think so, if there's nothing to hide.

As Mitch and Tracy planned to go to the concert, they need to find a babysitter and they took one from the neighbor that has more kids every time they come home they say. The issue with this babysitter is that she's a bit of a hot one as in beautiful.

Tracy doesn't think its an issue at first but it kind a does with the rest. Mitch seems to get intermediate from the sitter. But when Russell thinks that he's seen her somewhere, it turns out to be online as a porn star.

Playing cool about it and not tell the girls, Mitch spells it just before they get even leave the drive way. They stopped and check it out, Tracy and Angie couldn't tell until the sitter actually came out and asked why they were watching her. So I guess it isn't a good idea to hire a hot babysitter.

I enjoyed this cast and their characters. This is like the first time I've seen Gosselaar in a comedy since Save By the Bell. He's hilarious and very good. I like how he was singing to Jay-Z's Empire State of Mind by Russell tells him that there's one part that he shouldn't sing so instead he sing the Alicia Key's verse which was hilarious.

Lachey and Webb are so hilarious as well. Lachey is amazing and hilarious. I can't wait to see what else her character and the rest will be doing this season.

Overall, I give this episode a 7/10.

"Bad Things Happen to Good People:" The Blacklist "Eli Matchett"

Is Liz a good person? That's only one of the questions being asked in this episode.

Liz and Red take a detour back to the states and travel to Iowa. There word of a company Verdant was bombed and was stolen of highly important papers that were stolen by a group of farmers who lost their farming land due to business. One of them is run by this week's blacklister Eli Matchett.

Even though Red and Liz are a step ahead of Ressler and the team, doesn't mean that there was some on the edge scenes of them almost meeting one another. Like when Red and Liz were in Costas' apartment and found a hidden box in the vent. Soon Ressler and Samar comes in, making Liz and Red escaping out with the skin of their teeth.

But has much as Liz is a good person and trying to talk with reason, she calls Ressler to back off from searching for them. Ressler knows that he's close and close they have come as I said. They came close when Reddington and Liz were trying to download the files from the computer of the virus that Matchett wants to use to destroy every food source around the world.

At one point after Red and Liz escaped Ressler and Samar, they stopped at a bar where they come into trouble with an undercover cop. Liz shoots him but feels terrible and tries to save the guy's life. They drop him off at the hospital and she freezes with shock of what she has done.

With the virus in Matchett's hands, Ressler and Samar get to him in time. I have to say that fighting scene was amazing. Loved when Donald has to take down someone, who can also beat the crap out of him too. But even though it wasn't all of Matchett's plan, it was Susan Hanover, the lady that also works with the Cabal. And boy did Red give her a nice chat and a message for The Director.

Near the end as Liz and Red are on the road, Liz ask if she;s a good person. Red tells her that bad things happen to good people. That is true but I think that she's a good person but when it comes to survival like she's trying to do with Red, sometimes you have to be bad and play the game that is in front of you.

Also to note: Glen was back and help try to track down Dembe. We know that Dembe has been taken by Mr. Solomon who is hunting down Red. Also to he's not the only one that he's torching, another one of Red's guys, Mr. Vargas is captured too and tells Dembe that they're going to die in there. Also to note that Tom is back and he's hoping that Liz would call for him at their restaurant but not one call. But gets a nice visit from Cooper who is given him a job, probably to help track Liz.

I enjoyed this episode to death. I was on the edge of my seat when Ressler and Samar were this close of catching Red and Liz. I highly enjoyed Red's "Mugs" story. Probably one of his best so far. The guy had such an ugly face that they called him Mugs but his mother called him Picasso. Hilarious!!!

Overall, I give this episode a 9/10.
