Life Changes: This Is Us "A Philadelphia Story"
"A Philadelphia Story" was another powerful, inspirational episode that dives into life's changes. Whether it's from Rebecca dealing with moving to a new home weeks after Jack's death and coming to terms that Kevin and Kate aren't okay . Randall trying to help a community center get some much needed repairs. But also seeing his younger self making the decision to not go to college after Jack's death.
From William (played by Emmy winner Ron Cephas Jones) being an inspiration to a new resident, Chi Chi (played by Yetide Badaki), at his apartment complex and finding another way to breathe new life thanks to her as he did the same for her.
To even Kate, Toby and Rebecca's discussion (if you would call that) about IVF. With Kate and Toby starting their IVF, Rebecca learns and thinks that they haven't thought of other options. Kate explains to her that she wants to have a child that has Toby, her and Jack's face. And not to mention that she's the only one that can have that. That gets Kevin into thinking about it and tells Randall, when he gets to Kevin's movie premiere, about it. After hearing what Kate had said about being the only one that can bring a piece of dad into the world, Randall looked at her with some confusion and concerns.
I enjoyed this episode from beginning to the end. This was a well-performed episode from Ron Cephas Jones to Chrissy Metz and Mandy Moore. But Niles Fitch, playing 17 year old Randall, that stole the episode as Randall. Overall, I give this episode a 9/10.

Oh man, looks like we got ourselves a John Q. moment coming. That pretty much what comes to my mind. When Brian Tee was asked about his favorite episode, he mentions this one as his best one since the show began. I can't wait to see this.

Chicago Fire "Thirty Percent Sleight of Hand" Preview
Here's a preview of this week's new episode of Chicago Fire titled, "Thirty Percent Sleight of Hand."
"Thirty Percent Sleight of Hand"
When Chief Boden becomes increasingly skeptical of Assistant Deputy Commissioner Gorsch's motives, while Severide gets wrapped up in a difficult situation following the rescue of a child from a car wreck. And while trying to fit in with the rest of the firehouse, Foster is tasked with doling out some personal advice to Cruz.Photos:
Clips/Promo:
Seems that we might see Boden and Jerry butting heads. I think that Cruz is dating the lady that he rescued with the dog named Rizzo. Which is pretty cute I think. Go Cubs! Kidd is back at work, maybe to do some light work for now I think. I think that maybe, just maybe there might be a thing between Brett and Casey. I don't know I just have this feeling. But what do I know, right?
You can catch Chicago Fire Wednesdays at 9/8c on NBC.

You Can't Split Them: The Good Place "The Briany Bunch"
With Trevor on Earth with Eleanor and the gang, will Michael stop him from interfering with them?
With Michael learning that Trevor is down on Earth, he and Janet make the trip down there to stop him. Trevor's plan was the obvious: to split Chidi and Eleanor. Trevor takes the group out to celebrate at a creepy down to American restaurant. He gets Chidi to think that it might be a bad idea of hanging around the group.
Michael and Janet butted in as Michael advises Chidi and Janet keeps and eye on Trevor as their restaurant server. Trevor tries to get Tahani and Jason drunk, but become the best of friends. As Eleanor tells Chidi that she would rather work with him than with the group. Mainly because of Trevor's behavior being one of them. But Chidi doesn't give in. But after learning that Eleanor might not show up, he finally goes to Eleanor and gets her to comeback and try it for three months.
Michael and Janet argue with Trevor about how well strong Chidi and Eleanor's bond. But when the doorman appears, he tells them that the judge wants to see them.
Uh Oh!
The Judge wasn't too please with Michael. She explains that since this whole thing start that the Jacksonville Jaguars have been a playoff team. Even Blake Bortles has been good. After she gets rid of Trevor and she demands Michael and Janet to go back to the Bad Place. But when all the stuff that Janet tries to bring on Earth, starts to appear and makes a barrier between them and the Judge. The two makes it back to the door and gets the key from the doorman and goes back to Earth.
"The Brainy Bunch" was another strong, well written episode. No matter how obnoxious and dimwitted a person can try to split two people like Eleanor and Chidi. The two are solid that they're meant to be like we've seen in the many different Good Place versions. Plus that there have been many moments that I thought that the two were going to kiss. With everyone's performance was solid, Danson, Carden and Scott stole the episode along with Maya Rudolph with just so many moments from dink Tracy jokes to realizing what Michael's plan has done with the Jaguars.
Overall, I give this episode a 9.5/10,

Are They or Aren't Theyt?: Superstore "Back to School" Season Premiere
After a shocking moment in last season's finale, Amy wants to answer everyone's questions once and for all.
As the store opens for "Back to School" sales, Amy and Jonah deal with the fact that they had sex in front of the world. But what Amy was looking forward from her co-workers really didn't quite go the way she had hoped for and she finally tells them that she enjoys having sex. But there was a miscommunication with a younger co-worker and it turned into a harassment seminar.
With everyone in the break-room, except for Kelly and a few others, the discussion came down to talking about sex. Amy took the floor and answers everyone's questions, expect for one: Is Amy and Jonah together?
As the meeting was done, Mateo and the group sees Jeff bring his surprise: an AI Myrtle. Hoping to win back Mateo and everyone else, it didn't go so well. And I would agree too, I think we would want to real Myrtle back as well.
But as everyone heads home, Jonah ask Amy a question: Italian or Mexican. Since they had Italian the other night, she went with Mexican and kissed. They are together.
"Back to School" was another hilarious episode that really kept me guessing on whether or not that Amy and Jonah are a couple. From hilarious moments of watching kids eat crayons or sniff markers Kelly trying to take control of the store with kids running around the store. The break room meeting was the one of the funniest moments of the episode.
I don't think that Jeff will stop pursuing Mateo to win him back. I think he's gonna try as hard as he can to do so and maybe bring back Myrtle. Can't wait to see where Amy and Jonah's relationship will go this season.
Overall, I give this episode a 9/10.
You can catch Superstore Thursdays at 8/7c on NBC.

Getting the Band Back Together: The Good Place "Chapter 27-28: Everything is Bonzer!" Season Premiere
The season premiere of The Good Place is trying to get the band back together, but there's consequences.
"Everything is Bronzer!" is a fantastic season opener that added more to what was in the season 2 finale. After Michael snaps his finger, he goes down to Earth to save Eleanor, Chidi, Tahani and Jason from their deaths. He's thinking that it could make them better people. But when things are going to plan, Michael heads down there (multiple times) to help give that push that they really need and get them back together.
After advising Eleanor at the bar, she meets with Chidi and asked him for help. He agrees and tells her why he's helping her with the story of his near death experience. Later after a couple of days of learning, Eleanor meets with Chidi's friend Simone, who he has a crush and helpful to find out data on his decision making process with her MRI machine.
A few months later, Tahani comes along and joins the group and tells her story of how someone saved her and she decided to live in a monk type life style. That all ended when she gets an idea to write a book to share her wisdom. But when it's not doing well with her, she meets with a Michael like person, who advises her about yes to when someone asked for help. That turned out to be being in a study with Chidi and Eleanor.
With Eleanor, Chidi and Tahani back together, there's just one more to go, Jason. Michael bumps into Jason, who's throwing rocks and tells him about his tough year. After being saved, he starts a dance group but couldn't win because of too many people or too violent.
Michael feels great about how they are all together, but as things move forward there's something that doesn't seem to be right, something dark. There's someone else that joins the group, Trevor. Yes, that Trevor! He was sent down when Shawn learned how Michael was helping the humans.
This episode was another amazing comedy piece that sets a new adventure and tone for the show. With the Eleanor and the gang back to Earth and learning how to be better people, thanks to Michael. The way he's worked this is like Big Brother in a way. Simone is another brilliant additional character with the group and for Chidi. The cast puts on a fantastic performance, but I thought that William Jackson Harper and Manny Jacinto stole the episode with such strong character development. And Jason seemed to be more down to Earth than the rest of the past two seasons.
Overall, I give this episode a 9.5/10
