Dr. Charles is put in an uncomfortable position when Reese estranged father comes to him as a patient without her knowledge. Meanwhile, Dr. Manning rushes to save a baby with whooping cough.

This Wednesday marks the series premiere of Lucy Hale's new series "Life Sentence." Here's a preview of the "Pilot" episode.
When Stella (Hale), a young woman who has spent the last eight years of living like she was dying, finds out that her cancer has been cured. She is suddenly forced to face the long-tern consequences of the "live in the moment" decisions she made, which includes marrying a total stranger. But she also finds out that her"perfect family" isn't so perfect after all and everyone in her life hid their problems from her.
Stella is shocked to learn that her parents, Peter (Dylan Wash) and Ida (Gillian Vigman), have fallen out of love, her sister, Elizabeth (Brooke Lyons), gave up her own dreams to start a family with her husband Diego (Carlos PenaVega) to take care of her, and her often overlooked brother Aiden (Jayosn Blair), who's pushing 30 and still lives above the garage, sells Adrenal to soccer moms and uses Stella's cancer to guilt them into sleeping with him.
Meanwhile, Stella's husband Wes (Elliot Knight), begins to worry that he can't continue to pretend to be her perfect husband for the rest of his life. With a real future suddenly in front of her, Stella's cinematic life snaps into reality, and instead of living like she was dying, she will have to learn to live like she's living, and help her family and friends to do the same.

Another week, another fun-filled half-hour with the Shorts.
"Therapy Cheating Shoe Movie" was another winning episode in my book with the humorist moments of Joan getting Tyler and Clementine back together, Tim getting Holly to do his driving test online, and Heather trying to make Holly feel bad until Holly tells her that she said the DMV about it and Tim get hiss lilicenseuspended. Not to mention Jen getting sick and tired of the family adding more family time with movie night, but realized that it's essential fun.
I enjoyed this episode. It h. I laugh from time to time. Their stories were so well developed, ma, only with the movie story about Jen. I couldn't get enough of the Tim, Holly, and Heather story with the DMV, as it was one of my favorites. And we're delighted knowing that Tyler and Clementine will get back together. Overall, I give this episode an 8/10.

Be careful who you punish, it might set off a school battle.
When Jack comes to class all hangry, he asked that his students give their snack/lunch that he could eat. But when Marcus makes the situation worst, Jack punishes him by seating in the back looking at the wall under a leaky ceiling. With no one going to give up their snacks, Jack heads out to the vending machines for his favorite chips.
But when there are no chips, Jack talks with the Student Council to get them back but in order to do so he has to speak with the student council president, which happens to be Marcus. Soon it becomes a battle between Jack and Marcus as each torch one another from sending Marcus, Grace and Victor to the principal's office due to kissing in the classroom to Marcus putting garden dirt on Jack's parking spot.
With a much frustrated Jack, he gets a call from an unknown call, who's using auto tune and trying to skip P.E, telling him that the election was ridge. Jack checks out the clue that lead to him to the car junkyard and finding Grace there and learned from her that the election was ridge because Marcus' parents paid Grace to do so.
Jack confronts the whole Student Council about it and apparently Marcus learned of the news for the very first time. Jack meets with March's mother, who tries get him to tell Marcus that he won, but that didn't work and Jack talks with Marcus to fix the whole mess.
Meanwhile, Stef tries to get Mary and Michelle to order her beauty products that are very pricey. Mary and Michelle get Durbin to interfere but failed so they confronted her about it and after a moment she backed off.
"Overachieving Virgins" was a soft episode that has some moments and not so good moments. The Jack and Marcus storyline in this episode was very good with so much comedic moments and well developed characters. I couldn't get enough of when Heather tells the class that she steals magazines and gets caught for the thrill. And not to mention when Victor calls Jack for the tip and his gym teacher catches him and tells him to come down and that he's not on his period. The story with the teachers dealing with their friend wasn't catching on at all. The writing was good and the performance from Glenn Howerton, Nick Peine and Alisyn Ahsle Arm were amazingly good. Overall, I give this episode a 8/10.

If you thought that after five seasons, the flames of the Chicago Fire would be considered down, you thought wrong, my friend. Season 6 of the hit NBC show has kept the fire burning with fresh and gripping.
Season 6 started where we left off at the end of Season 5 with Casey, Severide, Herrmann, and Mouch trapped in a factory fire. All summer, we'd asked that question: who will survive? Well, everyone stays on the fire after Boden orders the water cannons. Casey gets rewarded a medal for saving a life while trapped in that fire, not to mention getting bumped up to Captain at House 51.
It does put a strain on the relationship between Gabby and Casey due to the fact of what she went through, wondering if he was going to come back alive or not. But also Gabby's dad becomes a total pain for Casey. But when Gabby's dad tried to get a project going, he needed Casey's help at City Hall, but he wouldn't do it. After telling him no, Gabby gets a call about a stabbing at an L track, which happens to be her dad. He survives and takes well with the glory, but maybe he's finally come to his senses.
Throughout the season, the folks at Firehouse 51 dealt with a whole lot of stuff, from an arson fire at Dona's school to dealing with the chain of common between Casey and Severide, which carries on throughout the first half of the season.
Gabby helps a kid out, who at first was at a clinic fire and stealing meds—then tried to help her with her father being a pain addict due to a work injury. When the dad OD, Gabby, and Severide help out, the kid runs off because she doesn't want to go through DCFS. Gabby spends her time searching for her as her father is recovering. When she finds her, she takes her to see her father but also tries to get DCFS to let the girl stay with her and Casey til dad gets well. Let's say it went smoothly, thanks to Casey.
In the meantime, Kidd moves in with Severide after she gets kicked out of her place due to the difference in paying rent. It seemed like these two might restart their relationship, but it doesn't, and Kidd gets into a relationship with a HAZMAT team member. But there's something, and I think that these two will restart their relationship again.
Britt has had a good season so far with her on-again relationship with Antonio and then calling it off again. But I think they'll get back together again; the third time is the charm. She gets a visit from her best friend from her hometown and doesn't get that her friend is trying to steer Kidd away from the firehouse due to her feelings for Severide. Trying to be a helping hand to all, she plays with Kidd's paycheck that doesn't show up. But when word that Kidd was being transferred without Kidd's knowing, Casey figured out that someone forged the signature, which turns out was Britt's friend. And with the help of Miss. Connie, it's bye-bye!
Throughout the season, the relationship between Casey and Severide has been bouncing back and forth, with Casey being named Captain and all. But when Severide gets a visit from his mentor, he tries to push Severide that he should be the Captain, not Casey. After one incident, Casey might be in trouble with his decision-making during a car accident. Casey gets misquoted by Severide's mentor; things get heated again for the two. But when Severide gets word about accommodation for his work, he turns it down. But it turns out that Casey was the one who filed the paperwork on that.
In the last episode before the Winter Olympics, Casey and Severide were to turn off the gas pressure at the factory, but it wouldn't turn anymore. Casey and Severide decide to jump off the roof of the building like Thema and Louis or Butch Cassidy and Sundance Kid, and well, all we know is they landed in the water and have to turn in tonight's return at 10/9c on NBC.
So far, Season 6 of Chicago Fire has been a blast with gripping storylines and well-developed characters. The cast is on their feet regarding their performances throughout this season. With many dramatic moments, there are plenty of humorous moments, making Fire one of the best shows on Thursday night. I can't wait to see what the rest of season six will bring with Severide's mother coming, not to mention his ex-girlfriend, who said he was having his child at the end of season one and the beginning of season two, but it turned out it wasn't.
Overall, Chicago Fire this season is 8.5/10.

From tech toilets to shave or o shave, this episode of Life in Pieces was another hilarious episode.
"Toilet Shaving Stuck Fertility" was another memorable episode with hilarious moments from John accidentally receiving a new tech toilet from Tim as a thank you to Jen and Greg dodging their crazy neighbors and as they were invited to their party. Sophia and Heather's shaving story was perfect, too. The Matt and Colleen story has been nicely developing as they try anything to have a baby, including having someone inspect their stuff to see if it makes them infertile.
It's one of those episodes that will make you laugh and remember it a few days later. I couldn't get enough of John's John and how much John talked to the toilet, and Joan expressed her love for it after using it. The writing was good, and the performances from the cast were as good as the previous episode.
Overall, I give this episode an 8/10.
